Philippa studied Fine Art and History of Art at Leeds University in 1996. She then moved to London, where she worked as a Fashion Producer for Condé Nast Publications. After having children, Philippa returned to her roots to become an artist and now paints from her Oxfordshire studio.
Philippa uses water-based paints and a combination of board and canvas. She has also extensively renovated her family home and has applied her love of pattern and colour to countless interior projects. Philippa is happy to take on commissions and bespoke decorative requests.
COMMISSIONS
I love it when clients present me with a photo and ask me to conjure up a dreamy version of their favourite place. I often suggest clients tell me which of my paintings they love the most and then I can get the gist of the desired mood and colours. I generally keep clients in the loop and send progress images along the way, but you might like the ta-da approach and wait for the big reveal…
